Does anyone know where I can find a list of CPT codes that Medicare allows to be performed in the patient's home?

(We have dermatology providers who visit patients in SNFs, ALFs, and ILFs. ILFs code as place of service "home." We have had certain minor procedures deny for the ILF patients as not permitted in that place of service, even though we routinely get paid when we perform these services in the office or in SNFs and ALFs.)
