Hi All,
Can we bill a Preventive Visit (established) for an issuance of commercial driving license BUT we don't have a Physical Exam. in the progress notes but the venipuncture was done.

How?

In order to sign the form for a commercial drivers license the physician has to do a physical.. If it was done it should be documented. If not tin the notes on the form (a copy of which should be in the medical records).
If it was just venipuncture that is what you have to bill.
