Hello,
We have a "visiting provider" for our specialty clinic that will soon be doing telehealth visits instead of in-person visits. The patient will be located in our clinic here in Marquette, Michigan while the provider, who is a U of M employee under contract with our hospital, will be located in Ann Arbor Michigan - office or home to be determined still. We (Marquette) will be billing his professional services. When submitting the claim, I want to confirm that we would be using his physical location as the service address correct?
