Hello!

I have been stuck on this.... "Mother concerned that baby's head is twisted- inquires about plagiocephaly-mother reassured and will follow-up before 1 yr age." How would I code this? The only reason the mother came in was because she was concerned about her baby as a walk-in visit... there was no diagnosis made.

I figured the code would be 784.99 - Other symptoms involving head and neck ... correct? help!! I am not a 100% confident in this code so I would love to hear some feedback.
