Wiki When do contractor-priced codes get a MPFS rate assigned?

CPT 64597-64598 and 96547-96548 were listed as contractor-priced by CMS. Is there a typical amount of time that it takes CMS to assign a rate and RVU? I haven't found anything online, although I've never been asked that question before. Thanks!
