Wiki When do you use S9445 oppose to 98960?

I recently began coding for our Public Health medical services. During/after an audiogram is done and no abnormalities found a 'patient education' session (individual) will happen. Our guidelines have us either use S9445 or 98960 but it doesn't explain why one would be used instead of the other.

Can anyone explain when to use the S code oppose to the 9 code? I think I've search everywhere and I cannot find anything that would indicate the correct way to use these codes. thank you!!
