The doctor did a two-demensional untra sound vein mapping of the right lower extremity and sapenous vein, right femoral to distal popliteal artery in situ saphenous vein bypass graph, right common femoral endarterectomy.

What code should I be using for the ultra sound? Someone at work suggested a 37250, but I'm not sure.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
