You can also find it by looking under Dementia, due to or associated with Alzheimer's.
 
Hey,

As per ICD 9 CM ...

When you go thro' Index of diseases... Dementia --> Alzheimer's then it directs you to see Alzheimer's Dementia.

And in Alzheimer's --> dementia --> 1. with behavioral disturbance (Please review entire medical record for documentation of behavioral disturbance ( aggresive, combative, violent behavior, wandering off); requries physician substantiation.) --> 331.0 & 294.11
2. without behavioral disturbance (dementia in other diseases class elsewhere w/o behavioral disturbance) --> 331.0 & 294.10.
