We have discrepancy in audits and what level Nerve blocks for pain management would fall. One team says this fall under the lowest MDM (minimal) no matter what- but the other team states it depends on the risk with pt. I have been tasked with taking a poll
Cervical Interlaminar (62321) vs Cervical Radiofrequency (64633) vs a Ganglion Impars?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, it depends on the patient. Both Office and classic E/M guidelines give the decision for minor surgery with risk factors as an example of moderate risk.
