Wiki wherer can i find the OCE edits on CMS?

NOw i know that i need to use the OCE edits for facility billing. I can not find a separate table for OCE edits on the CMS website. It does say they are the same for CCI edits with the exception of excluding certain cpt catagories (i.e..e/m, critical care)....can some person explain to me the relationship between CCI and OCE and where on earth I can find OCE edits>>> MANY THANKS
