Doc dictates procedure performed is a spermatocelectomy. In op note says he had a fluid collection adjacent to the upper pole of the testicle consistent with a spermatocele/epididymal cyst. Opened the tunica vaginalis. Carefully dissected the cyst away from the cords structures down to a narrow stalk connecting it with the epididymis. This was then suture ligated with 3-0 Vicryl and the cyst was passed off to pathology. Now on the path report is says D Surg Diagnosis: Left epididymal cyst excision: Features consistent with hydrocele

So do i code this as a spermatocelectomy, epididymal cystectomy, or hydrocelectomy? I am leaning towards the spermatocelectomy but the path report is throwing me off.
