Which E/M codes is used for DIET consultation and Weight loss management for General practitioner, please post the answer
 
For an answer, I would refer you to the Medicine section of the CPT book - there's a set of guidelines titled 'Education and Training for Patient Self-Management' (located just before CPT code 98960) which givens instructions for the appropriate coding of the situations you're asking about.
