hello,

Can you please tell me which injection code to use for CMC injection with ultra sound for CMC arthritis? Have been going back and forth whether this is a small or medium joint.

I tried to pull up some of my anatomy studies and pretty certain this would be considered a small joint, but would appreciate some input from the veterans here. Just my vote....
 
Hello it say in the code description 20604 (eg,fingers, toes) and 20606 (eg,temporomandibular,etc... hope this helped.
