Going through the ROS the doc has documented that the patient is having "Very bizzare and colorful dreams" Which ROS would this fall under? I'm not sure, and need to be. Thanks!

I would say that "Bizzare Dreams" would fall under the Psych ROS. The dreams would relate more to a patients mood/mental status than they would a neuro status since neuro is more related to the patients nerves, reflexes and sensation.
