Could someone please clear up for me coding for the following:
Wide exc. of 7cm basal cell carcinoma with 4mm margins of the cheek with layered closure. Just wondering if you would use the malignant codes in the integumentary section along with the layered closure code. Thanks for any input. (When is it appropriate to use the codes in the muscular/skeletal section)
