We billed an 11200 (removal of skin tags)
and a 90471 (immunization admin)
and a 90715 (tdap)

How do i bill this for the same day of service and not have medicare bundle it? Will a modifier like 59 work? I can't use 25 because there was no e/m visit, correct?
 
Does your Medicare carrier cover the 90715?

First glance, I don't think the billing, as it sits, needs a modifier. The only items that could possibly "bump into each other" are the 90471 and the 11200 and I don't foresee a problem with them.
