Hi my name is mary have a question if a pt came in on 08092010 for cataract check we used a em code. Then pt came back in on august 17th to get an eye lesion removed from lll eyelid do we need a modifier?

If we have a pt came in august 9th for a cataract e/m office visit, and then came back in for 08-17- to have a LLL LESION REMOVED DO WE NEED A MODIFER FOR THAT?
