Has anyone had any experience billing for Topotecan (J9350) with diagnosis 188.8 for Medicare? Patient actually has small cell bladder cancer, which is why the MD wants to use Topotecan, but this med is not indicated for a bladder cancer dx. I am new to the oncology billing world, so I could use any help that you can offer! Thank you in advance!
