Wiki wire in intervention and biopsy by surgeon

Hello,

the radiologist in intervention inserted the wire under U/S guidance, then the patient was transferred to OR and the surgeon did the biopsy .....

would 19083 would be appropriate for the surgeon? as he didn't place the wire
