i have seen a rotating book stand that you could put ICD on one side and CPT on the other can keep both books open and on your desk at the same time. does anyone know where I might be able to find one?

The only ONE I have seen was custom made by someone who does wood working. I have long been looking for one myself. Sorry to say that I have not been too successful in my search. Try Bestbookstands.com they may have something close to it. Stackable to hold 2 books.
