Wiki Work Comp Drug Screens

We are having problems getting drug screens paid for by work comp insurances, especially the rapid drug screen we do in house. The code that they want us to use is a deleted code and we can not get them paid or additional info from the adjusters. We've been told several different codes to use and all are deleted codes. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you get the claims paid.

Workers Comp doesn't update the code sets as often. I learned this recently when someone was asking about an old drug screen code from 2014. So the termed codes are likely right
