Just curious how other practices deal with modifiers and wRVU values when doing internal productivity reporting. For instance if there is a -51 modifier on a surgical procedure would you alot the full wRVU value to that surgeon, or decrease it by 50%?

Thanks in advance for any input.
 
Working RVU reporting

I have always kept the full value when sending to the insurance.
The insurance always makes the adjustment.
