My provider coded a 99205 for 2 new OTJ claims. Both of these were established patients having been seen in the last 3 years. One has a current OTJ claim. When queried the provider explained that he thought that was the only way to indicate they were new claims. I had changed the level of service to a 99215 and emailed the provider and practice manager. I am new to OTJ so any clarification would be appreciated.

Thanks,
