We have a Patient coming in for a 1 year visit for Cardiology, he also needs a Cardiac Clearance done while at his visit. He needs the clearance for a work related surgery being done. Do I send the claim to Work Comp or his normal insurance and also if test are ordered because of the clearance do I send those to Work Comp also?

Best bet is to call the adjuster of the W/C carrier to see if they will cover the services. If not then bill the major medical
