Hi Does anyone out there code for a Workers compensation clinic or Work comp carrier?
 
Workers Compensation

Does anyone know how to handle controverted cases, disallowed and closed cases. Does anyone have a list of NY Workers Comp carriers with address and phone numbers? When do you use the HP-1 form? Please help. Thanks
