Can someone please advise the correct way to code telehealth visits for Workers Comp in NJ. I am finding a lot of information how to bill for Medicare but not much for Workers Compensation.

Is it 99202-99215, with use of modifier 95 or 93?

Or use:

Audio-Video Codes
98000, 98001, 98002, 98003, 98004, 98005, 98006, 98007
Audio Only
98008, 98009, 98010, 98011, 98012, 98013, 98014, 98015

Any insight would be much appreciated!
