Documentation #2 Would points be given for Lymph under 1995 Guidelines?

Lymph: Neck- No adenopathy

Hello there,

Based on the medical terminology for adenopathy - yes, I will give credit to provider under '95 guidelines for Lymph.

Adenopathy - means the provider if the lymph nodes (usually neck) are abnormal (usually inflammation or size)

I hope this helps! ☺

I agree - lymph system for no adenopathy. Also would give credit for exam of musculoskeletal system for comment "neck supple" - meaning the neck moves easily - range of motion of the cervical spine.
