Wiki Would Mod 22 be Warranted?

Hello.
Patient had a c section with a repair of a large (approximately 12 cm) inferior extension of the hysterotomy noted in the midline and extended behind the urinary bladder to the right inferiorly. Would you add mod. 22 to the c section, or would this be considered included?

Did he document what extra time the repair took. If you don't have that information or if it only added a few more minutes to the closure, you probably won't have enough info to warrant reporting this with a modifier -22. The payer is going to ask.
