I'm confused over 110042-110047 vs 97597-98. When do know to use 97597 over 11043 for example.

Wound vac and and pulse lavage were used, also

When choosing the proper code for wound debridement, choose according to the depth in which the wound was debrided. The note should state "debrided down into and including " and then the type of tissue such as subq or muscle.
