Hello,
Our provider is going to the Wound Care Center to see and treat patient there, I am having a difficult time selecting a POS, so I need your help, I was told to used POS 11 is that correct?.
 
Where is the wound care center located? Is it a department of a hospital? Is it an outpatient clinic that's off campus? is it a private practice? Is it within a FQHC?

My advice is to call the billing department of the wound center and ask what POS they are licensed as. There can be multiple choices.
