This is more of a billing question than a coding question,but I am hoping someone will know. We bill for our wound care center. When the hospital originally bought the practice we were told that all charges had to be billed using POS 22. So, we new we would get the facility allowable from Medicare. However, I was posting payments for this practice yesterday and noticed that two of our doctors who have internal medicine specialties are receiving a further reduction? My question is does anyone know if this is normal?
