Hi all,

This is probably an elementary question, but when coding the codes below, do you agree with the following:

99213 - 25 mod
97597 - 59 mod
97598
11042 - 59 mod

I would not put a 59 on the 11042

You'll actually need a 59 (or XS/XE/XP/XU) modifier on both 97597 and 97598, no modifier on 11042. It doesn't make sense to need the modifier on the add-on code, but it's on the Medicare edits table that way so I've found that 97598 will deny in this situation if it's not added.
