Hi All: Regarding wound care....

1) Can we bill 97602 for a follow-up wet-to-moist dressing change visit since 11040 (debridement) does not have a postoperative global period?

2) Can we bill 97602 after the 10-day global period for an I&D (10040)?

3) Thoughts about coding "road rash". The treatment is the same as if it were a burn; should we code 16020 or 11040?
