I work in a general family practice with a physician who does a lot of wound care and dressing changes. Wondering if based on a claim I'm working on now,the wound dressing change would be included in the basic E/M code if the patient CC is a leg ulcer that needs redressing and care instructions given and just continued all medications?

Let me know what I'm missing if anything
