treating a patient, who has intellectual disabilities, with traumatic wounds. Patient is known to pick his wounds and remove dressing against medical advice. After wound treatment, physician uses dermabond to hold skin in place until next week's treatment. The physician bills this visit as an E/M visit.

Is this okay or should we bill for application of dermabond? Physician is applying.
