How are wound care visits coded depending on whether a RN, Physician, or PA does the ordering and rendering the treatment?
 
RN or ARNP? Mid levels can order and render treatment but not sure if treatment by RN is billable except with 99211. However there are lots of debridement codes used for WC and so that would not be billable except by mid level or physician.
