Wiki Wound Case CPT coding help

I am coding a complicated wound case.
The patient has a complicated wound that is draining and impacted with dressing. I am coding the complicated draining 10081 for the procedure. When it is repeated
I am using modifier 76.
I just wanted your take on CPT code 97602 to use for the dressing changing and if the patient returns every other day and is having complications is it correct
to bill a 99212.

I beleive there is a guideline for complicated wounds. As far as using a modifier for wound care services that is being done two or three times a week,that is considered ongoing wound care.( Is this in a physicans office or a wound care clinic)? I wouldnt use any modifier. I would use the higher e/m service. I may not be correct though, just my opinion.
