Is 12002 reimbursable in an ASC and where would I find this information? I see in the CCI edits that it has an RVU however does that necessarily mean it's payable?

If you are asking if it's on the Medicare ASC list, then "yes", it doesn't pay much but it's there. A good resource to use for this list is
http://ascassociation.org/ which lists the 2010 Medicare rate calculator for your region.
