I am currently billing Medi-Cal for Debridement codes 97597 and 97598, services are being performed my an NP but Medi-Cal is denying my claim as 'benefit Restriction 1': Not a covered benefit. I have searced the Medi-Cal website and cannot locate anywhere as to why my claim would be denied. CAn anyone help me on this matter.
