I am still looking for a code for Intermediate closure of a breast wound dehiscence??? CPT 12020 states simple closure, 12021 w/packing, then a note to use 13160 for 2ndary closure of wound dehiscence extensive or complicated, but what if the closure was more than simple but not really qualifies as complicated/extensive?? Would there be a modifier? please help.-
