I am trying to figure out if I am on the right track with my codes. The provider did a Open Reduction, Right Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture with a right temple wound exploration and delayed primary closure. I was thinking 21356, 13160. But, 13160 states secondary closure?? Also, the wound exploration is included correct?
