CC: Sliver in big toe

Procedure Note:

"Site anesthetized w/ 1ml lidoc 1%. Using 11 blade incised along track of splinter, no FB. Scrubbed and flushed."

I am conflicted on what, if any, code to use here. 20103 seems excessive, but any other code I look at specifies FB removal. Any thoughts?
