We wanted to know if 12021-treatment of superficial wound dehiscene;with packing is billable with debridement codes 11042-11044..We also wanted to clarify if this applies to open wounds or if this only applies to closed wounds?If they are bilable with our debridement codes can we know which debridement codes they apply too and which ones they don't apply to???

Please help..Thank you!
