I Would Like To Know What The Cpt Code Is For A Patient Has An Injury. A Wound On Thigh And We Did Wound Packing But It Never Been I&d. I Would Just Like To Know What I Can Charge For This Visit.
 
this service can be rolled in to (and thus captured by) an E/M provided that the documentation supports one to begin with. by itself, this is not a billable service. it does however increase your MDM and potentially could get a higher level of E/M. without looking at the note i couldnt say what level of service is billable. i hope this helps!
