What would the CPT code be for a "coccyyx wound repair using a stainless steel traction device?"

The wound is a large pressure ulcer that was prepped and cleansed before tension closure devices were stapled around the edges. Suture material was then threaded through the closuure device and traction was applied after the procedure via the continuous traction device.

I am not used to coding wound care and need help!

Any suggestions?
