Patient has been in several times for global visits due to infection for wound vac tending by doctor. I have only found anything regarding this as I can bill only once. Advisement?

It's my understanding that this falls into the "misc" global services, such as wound dressing changes, so I don't believe you can bill for what would be the normal course of treatment using a wound vac.
