Wiki wound vac w I & D proc, billable?

as far as I know you cannot code the placement of the initial wound vac with the I&D code. I think it is bundled into the I&D code. What code are you using for the I&D.
For example with code 23930 included in the global is the application of initial dressing. in which the wound vac would be considered the dressing.
