Having trouble figuring out how to code this report, no CPT that fits this other than coding each body part mentioned. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

Reason For Exam
(XR Metastatic Series) Suspicion for multiple myeloma

Report
Indication: Suspicion for multiple myeloma

[h=1]FINDINGS:[/h]The lungs are clear and cardiomediastinal contour within
normal limits. Ribs appear intact. Prominent disc narrowing is noted
within the cervical spine at C4-5. No skull lesions are seen.

Extremities and pelvis are intact with no lesions identified.
Suspected bowel gas overlying the left ilium. Vertebral body heights

Well I figured this one out on my own, put too much thought into what it could be and completely over looked it.

The code is 77074/5..:D
