Hi there,

I received a question from a Chapter member -

They are receiving denials for x-rays performed on the date of admission. The patient is seen in the office, receives an x-ray, and is admitted from the office. The office visit is not billed and the 99221-99223 are billed and paid. However, the x-ray is denied for POS. :confused:

What is missing?
