Needing Help CPT code for Anterior Capsulotomy and diagnosis for Capsular Phimosis...not really sure if there is a definite CPT for YAG AC. or diagnosis for capsular phimosis.. would unlisted 66999 code would have to be used for CPT.. IS anyone able to give me any help...Thanks in advance
